Q. What if my order arrived damaged or missing parts?
 
A. We insure every package to its full value, so if your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of recieving so we can process a claim with UPS. Do NOT refuse a package that appears to be damaged. Please accept the package and inspect the parts to make sure they are damaged. If they are damaged, simploy notify us immediately and we'll expediete replacements. You must save the shipping box and all packing material for UPS to inspect if needed. You MUST notify us via email (getHelp@getBMWparts.com) and let us know the situation so we can quickly arrange a replacement item or refund. If the item arrives damaged and is not because of shipping, please notify us immediately and we'll work on a fix. Under no circumstances install damaged parts onto your vehicle. Installing a part you claim is damaged onto your vehicle eliminates any possibility of getting a replacement sent. **Always inspect your order upon receiving it!!! We cannot, and will not do anything about a damaged part if you contact us a week after you receive it! You have 48 hours from the time the package is delivered/signed for to notify us of any damaged, defective, or missing parts.
