Please note: some parts come in large or heavy boxes and do cost more to ship. Prices on check out page are only an estimate but in most cases we can ship for the price seen on check out screen.

Returns: In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.

NO refunds on electrical parts that have been opened.

We are striving for 100% accuracy on all orders we receive. To help us achieve this goal, please include your VIN number when placing your order. If your order does NOT include the VIN, there will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on the parts.

Prices are valid for parts ordered though our web site only no phone orders please, prices not valid for local delivery(willcall or USPS/Fed-Ex only) or for work preformed in our repair shop.
