Remote Engine Start, Hood Switch
The VIP Remote Engine Starter allows vehicle owners to start the engine before entering the vehicle—as well as to activate the air conditioner, heater, defroster and defogger functions—so owners can have their vehicle ready and waiting with a comfortable interior temperature. And because it’s fully integrated into the vehicle’s existing factory security/keyless entry system, there’s no need for an additional remote. The remote engine starter is operated by pushing the “lock” button on the keyless entry fob in a quick, three-step sequence: (1) push and release “lock” button; (2) push and release “lock” button again; (3) then push and hold “lock” button for three seconds—and the engine starts. The engine can also be stopped remotely by pushing the “unlock” button once, or by pushing and holding the lock button for two seconds or more. Notes: * Engineer: For vehicles without factory alarm. Hood switch is an additional kit required for installation of RES (V4). Not applicable to Limited models.

VIP Security System, RS3200Plus and GBS, Requires Keyless Entry
The Vehicle Intrusion Protection (VIP) RS3200 Plus is a complete vehicle security system with alarm and Glass Breakage Sensor (GBS) for vehicles that have factory keyless entry. The system is activated immediately if glass is broken or if a forced door entry is attempted. Its wide range of security and convenience features includes: automatic rearming and relocking, door-ajar warning, interior light activation, panic alarm, warn-away alarm, rolling code technology and starter disabling. Notes: * Engineer: Dual purpose kit requires the correct set of instructions, can install RS3200+ with GBS or add GBS to a factory security system. For Tundra RS3200+ (PPO Code: V5) kit is applicable only to vehicles with factory immobilizer(factory spec code SL,OF, SM) and Remote Keyless Entry, spec code 066C.
