| How do StoreFronts Work? |

Simply stated, StoreFront links to your Website as a total plug-in e-commerce solution, or you can have your parts catalog as a standalone website. When customers enter your site and access your parts department, they are actually linking to our TradeMotion online electronic parts catalogs (EPC’s) and illustrations.
We create a custom template overlay of your choice and color scheme, the customer always perceives that they are actually on your dealership’s site during the entire shopping experience. StoreFront is controlled by OCTANE (Order Control Tracking and Networking Environment) which handles every aspect of your e-commerce logistics from quoting, ordering, back ordering, tracking and it even facilitates credit card acceptance. Dealership personnel will simply log on to OCTANE to process orders. |

| How do my customers search for parts on my StoreFront? |

StoreFront utilizes a “make/model/year” drill down search OR direct OEM number type-in allowing for ease of use by both the professional and
novice parts buyers. Point and click technology is utilized to navigate the catalogs and illustrations. Your clients have access to all parts and
illustrations so the system assumes you have the part in stock or can get it.
OCTANE automatically administers and tracks any parts back ordered.
OEM numbers are purposely not displayed in order to protect our dealer subscriber’s customers from conducting competitive price shopping with
other suppliers. However, when you log on to your system to retrieve orders-- all account, OEM #s, parts descriptions, quantities and prices
will be displayed. |

| How can StoreFront accommodate different pricing for wholesale accounts? |

StoreFront allows you to enter a pricing structure for each individual account. Pricing can be based on cost or list. When your customer logs in,
he/she will be identified by the login as a particular account. The respective discount level, which you have established for a particular client account,
will be automatically adjusted and displayed.

| Once I have StoreFront, how do I receive orders? |
 |
An email or text message notification will be sent to you and your staff if a new order has been placed on your site. You will then need to login to our
TradeMotion OCTANE back end tool in order to process the orders from your buyers.

| Do I pay commission or transaction fees on orders? |
 |

No, we simply charge you a flat yearly fee. No Set-up Fees!

| Can I change my template design and colors? |
 |
 |
Not a problem! You can make custom modifications yourself through Site Studio which allows you to modify the top graphic, color scheme of the site, menu style, etc. All content areas can handle straight text or HTML tags with .jpg or .gif images. Template overlays can be modified by you at will online anytime. Changes are dynamically generated—so the user/designer can see the changes as they are created.

| How long will it take to setup? |

Once we receive your contract it will take approximately two hours for us to create your new StoreFront. You will receive an invoice from our accounting team. Once we have received payment you will receive your login information, manual on how to set-up your back end and we will schedule you on one
of our online training sessions.
