Who are we?
We are the Jim Click Ford Lincoln Mercury Parts Department located at 6244 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, AZ 85711. We are a factory authorized Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury Dealership and we specialize in Genuine Ford and Motorcraft Parts for your Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle. You may contact us locally by calling 520-570-7310 or toll free at 1-800-362-7002.

 

What are your Store Hours?
We are available 7am-7pm (MST) Monday thru Friday and 7am-5pm (MST) on Saturday. 

 

Some sites do not take phone calls. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?
We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime (at the numbers listed above), and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail us or phone us, your needs are important to us and our goal is to provide you with exceptional customer service.
 
What is a "VIN" number and where do I find it?

VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.  It can also be found on the driver’s door edge or post.
 
Why do you need my VIN#?
The VIN# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the VIN#, we can identify assembly part information for vehicles produced in July of 2000 and forward.
 
Do you sell genuine OEM parts?
Yes, all parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original, unless otherwise specified. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.
 
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24-48 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.
 
Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
 
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel any order or part of an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
 
How long before my order ships?
In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours.
 
Do you ship outside the United States?
All inquiries accepted.
 
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal in addition to MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards.   
 
What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL. 
 
What if I need my part faster?
Rush orders are accepted.
 
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday is no longer needed today. So for that reason, we take back anything we sell. We just ask for you to follow a few guidelines. We cannot take back used, installed or tried (tested) parts. Parts must be resalable and in their original packaging. You will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when we receive it. Call us toll free at 1-800-362-7002 or locally at 520-570-7310 to contact our Parts Department to arrange for any returns and obtain an RGA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We reserve the right to refuse credit/refund on any returned part that we find to have been installed, used, or do not meet the above return criteria. There is a 10% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts.  We do not accept returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
