Shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Champion Toyota makes all efforts to ensure that your package arrives to you in perfect condition. Champion Toyota will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipment or shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order for defects or damages within 48 hours following postage carrier delivery confirmation. You must notify Champion Toyota within 48 hours of delivery regarding any defects or damages to the contents of your order. If you are present at the time of delivery, any damages should be noted with the postage carrier and reflected on your copy of the delivery receipt. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

NOTE: Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders received after 4:00 PM EST, will be processed the next business day for shipping. Also, please understand that some items cannot legally be shipped in airplanes and require ground transportation. We do not expect you to know this and will contact you immediately if any of these conditions apply.
