We encourage WILL CALL orders. We would love to meet you and answer questions in person.

PLEASE add a comment on your check out page stating you want to pick-up and will call your order, we will then remove the shipping and handling charges.

Most in stock orders are shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends.

Special Order Parts are shipped within 24-48 hours of us receiving it, excluding weekends.

Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request, tell us your needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Our minimum freight charge is $8.00 for UPS Ground; charges are estimated at 12% of the total order amount. Next Day Air, 2 Day and 3 Day shipments are also available.

Typical ground shipping time is 1-7 business days.

We can ship UPS same day until 2:30pm PST, after 2:30pm your shipment will leave the following business day.

Body components and large merchandise must be shipped via truck lines or other common carriers. These orders could incur additional charges. We will contact you for approval of additional costs prior to shipping. Shipping charges are determined by weight, distance, delivery time, and contents

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, all new customers must have their orders shipped to the “Billing Address” for 120 days. After 120 days orders can be shipped to the “Ship To” addresses.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

If damage is noticed when merchandise is unpacked, notify carrier’s office immediately and ask to have it inspected. Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected and your claim settled.

SHORTAGES

All shortages must be reported within 2 days. All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the carrier making the delivery to your door, then notify us.
