We use United Parcel Service, (U.P.S.), for the majority of our shipping. Customers must provide a physical address, (no P.O. box), to which items may be delivered. Shipping charges are based on weight and Zip Code as per the current U.P.S. rate chart. All customer orders will receive an e-mail listing total charges, including freight and sales tax (if applicable), for customer approval before being processed for delivery.
Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean (completely drained of ALL fluids), complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you need to cancel your order you may do so by contacting us before 3:00pm Mt. Std time on the day of the order or the following day if order was placed after 3:00pm. We cannot cancel orders if already shipped. Call us at (303) 738-4301 or e-mail us at the CONTACT US LINK to cancel your order and we will stop the shipment if possible. If it has already shipped, you must go through the return process.
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship C.O.D.
We do not ship items classified as hazardous material including, but not limited to, air bags, seat belt pre-tensioners, chemicals, and fluids.
