Shipping Policy

We ship the most economical way for you, either FedEx Ground, or USPS and a tracking number will be mailed to you once an order is shipped. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your order.

By leaving your credit card, you have assumed all freight charges per our shipping policy. 

• Shipments to P.O. boxes are shipped via USPS.


• Shipments to APO address are shipped via USPS.


• International orders are shipped via USPS unless extremely fragile, in which case they will be shipped FedEx Air.

Damaged Shipments

All items are packed with great care using approved packing methods and picked up by the carrier in good condition.

Upon acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery.

If you receive a shipment with damaged items (including concealed damage), please report it immediately with pictures to dmiles@penskeautomotive.com

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the package upon receiving the parts. FedEx has a 21 day claim policy. If United BMW is not notified, the package will remain unclaimed and will not be exchanged. Parts must not be installed or taken out of their original packaging in order to receive a replacement.

Oversized & Fragile shipments
 

• Wheel shipments are a flat-rate of $80 within the Continental US


• Wheel & Tire packages are $150 to ship within the Continental US


• Carbon Fiber diffusers ($50), spoilers ($20), and lips ($20) will ship FedEx Air. There is no ground service. 

• BMW M Performance Brake kits $75; Rotors only $40 within the Continental US
   
• Exhausts & exhaust systems are a flat-rate of $99 within the Continental US


• Bumpers are $250 via Pilot Freight. We do not have an account with them, you will need to contact them for pick up

• Large exterior trim (drip rail moldings, underhood shielding, heat shields) are $100 to ship within the Continental US
   
• Side Skirt Kits are $40 to ship within the Continental US

• Suspension kits are $75 to ship within the Continental US
