Returns: In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will work to resolve the issue immediately. All Returned must be unused and in original undamaged packageing. Any part(s) showing signs of insallation is not refundable.

Warranty:  Toyota & Lexus stands behind their parts for 12mo/12,000 miles. Warranty exchanges can be made at any dealer with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part.

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. If you recieve a damaged part, please contact the carrier immediatly so that a damage claim be processed. Retain all shipping boxes the freight company will require to inspect.
