Returns: In order to process a return. Please login to Order Status and mark the item as being returned. You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts. 

Warranty: Daimler Chrysler stands behind their parts for 12mo/12,000 miles. Engines and transmission may have up to a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Chrysler or Dodge dealer with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part.

There can be discrepancies in part numbers and prices. (Due to monthly manufacturer updates) In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
