Returns:
Within 10 business days of receiving your order from Toyota Parts Cheap you may return any core or incorrect part(s). All parts must be in their original condition and packaging, and cannot be installed, disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. Items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you and you will charged for return shipping. (all parts that have been installed are not returnable) If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout, you will incurr a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable. If the incorrect part is sent to you due to our error, we will issue a CALL TAG with our freight company, and send out the correct part. Any orderes refused and returned at time of delivery without an approved RGA number will be charged a 20% restocking charge on entire order and all shipping charges will not be refunded as well as return shipping charges back to you will be charged. We are not responsible for any installation errors, labor or towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
NOTE: Service manuals, owner manuals, CD ROMs, special-order products, and sheet metal parts are not returnable for any reason.** **NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR GLASS PARTS (i.e. windshields, door glass ect.)**
NOTE: All parts approved for return must be received back to us with all correct information and RGA number issued by us within 30 days of pruchase date or the return will be cancelled and no credit will be issued.
Damaged and/or Missing Items:
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. In the instance that you receive a damaged part you must call Toyotapartscheap customer service at (888) 466-1331 and state such, as well as file a claim with the UPS 800-PICK-UPS this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Once the damaged part has been returned to us for UPS/our inspection we will either credit you or ship to you a replacement part at your choice.
Missing items must be reported to both www.toyotapartscheap.com via e-mail through the Contact Us link and UPS withing 24 HOURS of receiving the package.
Return procedure:
To return a part or core (s) please login to your account and go to "Order Status" the go to your order ID#. Go into your order and click the return button under the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have submitted an item for return it will take 1-3 business days on average for you to received an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) so that the item can be returned to us. All returns must be submitted within 10 days of the date the order was received. All parts must be returned to within 30 days from the purchase date or the return will not be accepted. You will not be able to submit returns after that time priod. We need your order number, name, email address and the part number/core you wish to return along with a explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number then indicate when your order was placed and the full name used. All RGA numbers are e-mailed in 1-3 business days with a return shipping address. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. The RGA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box, if not, then the package(s) will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return freight charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Core Returns: All core returns must be returned with 30 days from date you receive your order.
All core returns must be returned in the toyota package the remanufactured part is received in, with all the original toyota stickers on the part. The core must not have any external damage and the toyota box must not have any writing on the outside. (do not use toyota box as shipping box it must be packaged inside a shipping box.) any damage to the part or box may cause core to be rejected. We do not accept after market or non toyota parts for core returns.
Refunds:
Refunds for returns or cores normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the core or part is received we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department.
Warranties:
Toyota warrants that it will either provide a replacement part or repair any Toyota part or accessory that is defective in material or workmanship. This warranty applies to new or remanufactured parts that are genuine or authorized Toyota parts. Except for part listed below, this warranty is good for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the date of purchase.
Exception to what is covered:
The Limited Warranty on Toyota Parts and Accessories does not cover:
1. Normal maintenance service and parts replacement as outlined in the mainenance section or
schedule of your Toyota Owner's Manual.
2. Damages or failures resulting from:
- Misuse (your Owner's Manual is your guide to proper use).
- Accident.
- Modification or improper use.
- Use of a non-genuine or unauthorized Toyota part.
3. To the extent allowed by State Law, incidental or consequential damages such as loss of vehicle, inconvenience or commercial loss.
What you must do:
In order to obtain warranty service, you must deliver the warranted part or accessory to an authorized dealer at your expense with proof of purchase. If an authorized Toyota dealer did not originally install the part or accessory on your vehicle, you will be required to remove the part or accessory or pay for the item or accessory to be removed and replaced. You also have the option of returning the part or accessory to Toyota Parts Cheap. If a replacement part cannot be obtained, then a full refund, for the cost of the part only, will be isssued to the original purchaser only. Any refunds or exhanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Our liability under NO circumstancees will exceed the amount of the original sale. The warranty does not cover freight charges. You will need to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number prior to reurn. NO return will be accepted without an RGA number. (Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser).

Toyota Parts Cheap is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims for such must be processed through UPS.
