Returns:

1-No returns on electrical parts.

2-All  claims and returned goods must be accompanied by a invoice.

3-No refunds after 10 days.

4-Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings,scratches and dents.

5-If a item is incorrect due to the error of the customer it will be subject to 20% restocking fee, only if the part is a returnable item. If the item is incorrect due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. Remember to include you VIN# with every order.

6-In order for us to properly credit you, a RETURNS MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number must accompany all goods being returned to us. to request an RMA#, please contact us at 1-678-251-2371. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on approved returns. We will initiate the return process and cover shipping charges only if the return is due to our error.

7-All accepted returns must be in original packaging and in clean resalable condition.

8-Special orders are not returnable.

Core Returns:

Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old parts are returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core must be in original packaging.
