Return Policy

 

 

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the items* for a full refund (We will even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).  Please make sure to contact us so that we can provide you with an RMA# (Return number).

 

Please make sure of the following:

  • 1) Part must be in its original condition and original packaging.
  • 2) A copy of invoice included with part being returned.
  • 3) Note your order and RMA numbers on the copy of the invoice (as stated above, contact us for the RMA#).
  • 4) Please also include the reason why the parts are being returned (This also can be written on the copy of the invoice.  This is very important so that we know how to process your return in a timely matter.)

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 to 3 business days of our receiving your return.  Refunds to credit card accounts may take up to 72 hours for the money to return to the account.  Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

All orders must be placed online to get online pricing!  Orders may be placed over the phone if you are having trouble with the online catalog. Orders may be picked up at the dealership if pre-arranged before hand, but you must choose "Pick-Up" during the check out process under the "Payment" section.
