This on-line parts catalog is for reference use only. There can be discrepancies in the part numbers due the varied conditions outside of our control. Please provide as much information about your vehicle as possible whenever ordering parts with us.We reserve the right to change prices, and will do so only after notifying you by e-mail of any potential price changes.
Ordering Policy
- Help prevent wrong parts from being shipped, please provide your vehicle identification number.
- Remember, LEFT SIDE IS DRIVERS SIDE, RIGHT SIDE IS PASSENGER SIDE
- Our on-line parts catalogue and any other data is provided strictly as a reference guide. If you have any questions please contact us.
- Vin Number, make, model, year, production date if available, left side or, right side, color E-mail address, phone number day/night, description of item needed.
- All parts sold thru this web site are discount and are not intended for installation in our service department or body shop.
Payment Methods
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- We do not retain any credit card information from you once a order has been processed.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing.
Security Policy
- We provide secure server software (SSL) which encrypts all the information you input before it is sent to us.
- All customer data collected is protected against unauthorized access within our organization.
Back Order Policy
- We reserve the right to ship partial orders so that we may expedite shipment from multiple vendor locations.
- Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Please indicate if item is needed by a certain date.
- You may request that no order is to be shipped unless it is a complete order.
- You may request no backorders when placing your order. This means we will ship in stock parts as a partial order and cancel the remainder of order.
Shipping Policy
- Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery via normal UPS Ground Service.
- New York State sales subject to 8% sales tax.
- All orders will be confirmed by e-mail before final order is shipped.
- Shipping Cost average 10% of the total order value and a minimum of $9.75. Some exceptions will be made for oversize or expensive items.
- All shipping cost are quoted using UPS Ground. Next Day and 2nd day shipping cost are quoted via e-mail.
- Due to high incidence of damage we will not ship large oversized bulky items. If questions regarding our shipping policy such as if a particular item can be shipped please contact us via e-mail.
- We do not ship any items that are considered as hazardous materials.
- All international shipping arrangements will have shipping charges quoted separately via e-mail.
Return Policy
- All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip.
- No return on electrical items or discontinued parts.
- All return items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition with no missing parts or instructions.
- No returns after 15 days.
- Absolutely no returns on items that have been installed.
- Restocking charges of 20% will be assessed for all non-defective products returned. $10.00 minimum
- We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please contact shipping carrier.
- We will refund shipping cost only if the reason for return is a result of our errors.
- Parts returned that are not acceptable or returned without authorization for credit will not be shipped back to customer and will become the property of PartsStoreUSA.com
- Please do not ship returns back to us COD as they will be refused.
- Must have a factory acceptable core unit. We do not pay freight for core returns. Core charges will be credited only after we receive the core and verify that it is an acceptable core unit.

All returns must have a return authorization number before shipment back to us. Please e-mail us for this authorization number as it is part of our internal tracking system. Please provide the following information for any returns; Invoice Number, Customer Name, Address, Phone Number, City, State, Zip. Please include Reason for return request, e-mail address, parts number and price, credit card info.
Warranty Policy
All products carry only the warranty established by the original manufacturer, and we do not assume any liability either implied or expressed on their part. Warranty coverage is from the time of purchase and covers only issues concerning defects in materials and workmanship. Some items may have an extended warranty period such as engines and transaxles. All performance parts are NOT covered by any warranty. We sell aftermarket products covered under separate warranty depending upon the manufacturer. Please contact us for any warranty policy information concerns that you may have.

We would like to assure you that we take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected from you during our business transactions will not be used, stored, or sold to any other person or business (unless a third party vendor will be shipping merchandise to you on behalf of us), and is used strictly for maintaining our business relationship with you. We will send from time to time via e-mail and direct mail marketing information about products we sell. If you do not wish to receive any product marketing information, please contact us via e-mail.
