Some items may no longer be available to us or to you. Any purchase may be terminated by seller or buyer previous to being shipped if new terms are unacceptable by either party. Our website uses software for looking up part numbers, please keep in mind that this is for reference only, this catalog has a few innacuracies (very few) but is the best we could find for the general public to use. We try to double check all part numbers for application but can not guarantee the accuracy of the catalog, please fill in your vehicle identification number (17 digits) when asked during the checkout process. The vin number can easily be found on your registration or insurance card or even on the drivers door jam. Your vin number tells us everything about your car, model, year color, engine codes etc. If you are ordering parts for multiple vehicles, please take the time to provide us with all of the VINs for the vehicles you are purchasing parts for.  You can put them into the "Comments" section during the checkout process.  Also let us know which parts are for which vehicle.  This all but guarantees accuracy as we double check every order.  Coupon codes do not apply to all parts (engines, transmissions, hybrid batteries, etc.)!  Some restrictions apply, and you may contact us for further details.  Please also keep in mind that the prices you see online may not reflect the current and correct prices!  This goes for all parts and accessories (any parts of drivetrain included).    If the price has changed, we will notify you before we ship your order.  For current and accurate prices, you may contact us via phone or e-mail. 

**Shipping address Terms**

All orders with a shipping address that differs from the billing address may be contacted by our customer service department to verify the authenticity of the order.  Typically we do not ship to an address that is different from the billing address, but we will make very few exceptions to this policy.  You may pay via Pay Pal and we will ship to the address you supply through Pay Pal.  Again, we are doing this for your security to make sure that your credit card is not being charged for an unauthorized purchase.  For more information or any exceptions, please give Steve Kaufmann a call at 1-800-825-7128 ext. 5.  We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
